Sorry for not posting for a while, work and traveling have been a handful recently! I will be posting less frequently (maybe once a week) in the next couple of weeks, but I do have a few interesting posts planned - starting with today's!
As a luxury and fashion lover, I love the design and quality of luxury items and find them to be worth the splurge most of the time. Other times, I find ones that make me scratch my head and wonder why anyone would buy them. So today, I'm sharing with you 10 WTF? designer pieces that I think are unattractive or just expensive for the sake of being designer. Fashion can be very subjective, so these are my opinions, not to be offensive, if you love any of these items. Rock what you wear and what you love. You do you, girl! :)
1. Loewe Meccano Double Pin Bag Charm ($290):
I understand bag charms can be expensive (think Fendi, which starts around $600), but this one doesn't look attractive or worth the price tag in my opinion.
One must love bread so much to want to wear this hat. And $650? No, thank you!
3. Valentino Rockstud Flatform Sandal ($845):
I guess you wear this to the pool? I'm a big fan of the Rockstuds, but this one is just a "No".
4. Loewe Sock Boot Loafer ($890):
I guess if you want the look of wearing loafer with socks without actually wearing socks, this is it...
Don't get me wrong, I love these! The pineapples and the glitter, Gucci is killing it! But I just can't imagine paying $1240 for a pair of sunglasses. I'm sure you can get a similar pair, minus the Gucci logo, for $12.40 (1% of the price).
This sweater will make sure you remember: 3 + 1 = 4 and 5 + 1 = 6.
7. Dolce & Gabanna 'Glass Slipper' Pump ($1795):
I think they just belong to Cinderella and I cannot imagine anyone wearing them in real life. However, I'm completely smitten by these Jimmy Choo's ($4595) on the right, if I could ever afford them (in my dreams that is).

8. Alexander McQueen Metallic Sphere Choker ($2395):
Why? Why... for $2400?!
9. Dolce & Gabbana Wool Blend Patchwork Military Jacket Wool Blend Patchwork Military Jacket ($2675):
This jacket reminds me of Frankenstein....
And I saved the worst for last,
10. Gucci Mini Gatto Top Handle Leather Satchel ($3500):
You know I love my Gucci bags (See my latest Gucci purchase here), but I feel like this bag would just give me nightmares! As if the left one is not scary or expensive enough, there's also this python one (right) for $5900! The only occasion I can imagine one carrying this bag is for Halloween...
